Affirmations refers primarily to the practice of Positive Thinking - fostering a positive mental attitude supported by affirmations will achieve success in anything. More specifically an affirmation is a carefully formatted statement that should be repeated to one's self and/or written down frequently. For an affirmation to be effectieve, it needs to be present tense, positive, personal and specific. All of our affirmations utilize our BrainFreqz entrainment processes in the background sounds, therefore you should use headphones when listening to any of the following affirmations. You will notice slight pulsations in the background sounds which are designed to quiet your conscious mind and allow your subconscious mind to more fully absorb and assimilate the verbal affirmations being offered. You may feel drowsy, but you will achieve the maximum effect if you do not allow yourself to fall asleep while listening to these affirmations. The verbal affirmations appear between minutes 5 and 16 in these 20 minute programs.
